2. Toilet Paper Ghost Lights

@warmplacee__ DIY Ghost Lights 👻✨ #diy #craft #halloween #roomdecor ♬ เสียงต้นฉบับ – เพลงรวม 🎶 Mix songs – NoNo 🐜🐜

Am I the only one who feels like Halloween decor just isn’t complete without any ghosts? These toilet paper ghost lights are the perfect decor to hang around the house for spooky season, and they’re pretty easy to make. All you’ll need are skewers, aluminum foil, pipe cleaners, a marker pen, small string lights, and, of course, toilet paper (dipped in a glue and water mixture)!

3. Jack-o’-Lantern Jars

@sheri_wilson_ Craving a 90’s halloween with all the quirky homemade costumes and decorations! 🎃 These jackolantern jars were super easy, here’s everything I used- -washed clean jars -mod podge -orange food coloring -sharpie paint pen -tealight candles -twine for the handles 1. Mix a few drops orange food coloring into mod podge and stir until combined. Pour into each jar to coat the inside and allow the excess to drain out. Drop upside down on top of popsicle sticks to fully drain. 2. Place the jars into a preheated oven at 200F (upside down on top of parchment paper) for an hour or until the glue is completely dry. 3. Once cooled, draw jackolantern faces into each jar with a sharpie, wrap twine around the top for a handle, and add a tea light candle inside. #diy #halloween #halloweendecor #homemadehalloween #90shalloween ♬ Its The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown – Apple TV

Instead of recycling your empty jars of pickles or jams, upcycle them instead by turning them into jack-o’-lantern jars! Doesn’t matter if they’re tall, short, wide, or slim; you can do this with any kind of jar! They look super cute and can also be used as a centerpiece!

4. Trash Bag Bats

@shellydoesdiy

Easy 5 Minute DIY Bats 🦇 Here’s another quick and easy Halloween craft for anyone who loves DIY Halloween decor. Did you know trash bag bats would stick to a glass door without tape or glue? I didn’t. @shweta.craftland shared this super easy way to decorate your door with bats using nothing but a single garbage bag. I of course had to try it immediately. It worked! We opened and closed the door countless times and the bats are still there. Have you tried this? 📌 Share this with your Halloween-loving bestie and SAVE for later!

This will probably be the easiest DIY Halloween decor you will ever come across. These are perfect for sticking anywhere in your home, whether it’s on the windows, walls, or glass doors. If you’re sticking them onto glass, remember to spray the glass surface with water first to avoid the bats falling off.

12. Paper Spiderwebs

@brittanyuranich Paper spiderwebs! 🕸️ such a fun and easy Halloween craft/diy! My toddlers loved them but would be so fun for kids to make! #halloweencrafts #halloweendiy #spookyseason #spookyvibes #kidactivities ♬ What's New Scooby-Doo? – Simple Plan

This is another easy DIY Halloween decor idea you could create that only requires paper, scissors, and a pencil! Simply fold your paper down, draw on your spiderweb pattern, cut it out, then open it up to see your masterpiece! These look so cool hanging in the top corners of rooms because they’re generally where spiderwebs are.

13. Air Dry Clay Ghost Pumpkin

@krystaldunn_ Easy DIY ghost pumpkins are absolutely adorable and much easier to make than you'd think!👻🎃 Directions: • Roll out your air dry clay (parchment paper helps it not stick to your counter) • Cut a circle in the middle and drape over your pumpkin • Dip your fingers in water to smooth out any cracks • Use your thumb to make 2 eyes a mouth and let dry 2-3 days • Paint it white all over (I did 2 coats) and black for the eyes ***Important to note to lightly drape it over the pumpkin – as the clay dries it shrinks so if it is pushed on too tight it will crack – if that does happen just fill the cracks with more clay and you're good – Also more water goes a long way with it cracking and smoothing it out #DIYHalloween #halloweendecor #GhostPumpkins #SpookySeason ♬ Monster Mash – Bobby "Boris" Pickett & The Crypt-Kickers

I know how fun it is to make jack-o’-lanterns, but if you want your Halloween decor to be a little more unique, save at least one of your pumpkins to make an air dry clay ghost pumpkin! These are so cute and just as cool as jack-o’-lanterns! Plus they also make a great centerpiece!

@nikkitied A fun and spooky Monster paper chain for Halloween time 🧛👻 added this to the playroom and it’s the cutest addition! #paperchain #halloweencrafts #papercrafts #halloweendiy #crafty ♬ Quirky Fairytale – Dmitriy Sevostyanov

When you think of Halloween, so many different characters and symbols come to mind. Pumpkins, Frankenstein, ghosts, vampires…all of these can be made into a fun paper chain! Get black, green, orange, and purple colored card paper (cut into thick strips), some googly eyes, and a marker pen to give each paper chain a face and link them all together! You can hang them anywhere, but they especially look really cool hanging from the ceilings!
