This iconic duo from the movie Clueless makes such a great Halloween costume you can recreate with your bestie. Cher and Dionne are best friends who wear the iconic plaid pattern co-ords that are still so stylish to this day, over 30 years later! 

For Cher, you have to wear her signature yellow and black co-ord with a yellow button-up cardigan underneath. For Dionne, wear the black and white co-ord with a red button-up cardigan underneath. 

2. Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy

One of my personal favorite dynamic duos from SpongeBob is the silly yet hilarious TV superheroes, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. If you and your bestie are looking for a goofy duo Halloween costume, then this is the perfect one to go for. 

This is the kind of duo Halloween costume where you have to go all in to make it look as iconic as the characters, and I love how this duo included all the details in their Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy costumes to achieve exactly that! The Fairly Odd Parents aren’t only a fun duo Halloween costume, but they’re actually the perfect costume to recreate if you’re looking for something simple and easy. 

Whoever’s dressing up as Wanda just needs a yellow top and pink wig paired with black 

shorts, and whoever’s Cosmo just needs a white shirt with a black tie and a green wig! For the accessories, all you’ll need are small headband crowns and star wands, then you’re good to go!

You might know about The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl, especially if you loved Spy Kids when you were younger. While this is quite a niche duo Halloween costume, it’s super easy to recreate. For Sharkboy, you just need to find any silver clothing you can find, along with a shark fin you can wear on your back. For Lavagirl, you just need to find any pink or red clothing to wear, and you’re all good!  

11. Woody and Jessie

Woody and Jessie are like the unofficial siblings of the Toy Story franchise, which of course makes them a great dynamic duo to be for Halloween. New York is probably one of the most popular cities in the world, so I love how creative this duo’s Halloween costume is. While it’s not necessarily a “dynamic duo” you would think about from movies or TV shows, this is technically a real life dynamic duo that’s very accurate. One of you dresses up as the Statue of Liberty, making sure you have her crown. Then the other dresses up as a tourist, rocking the famous “I ❤️ NY” t-shirt.
